- TOOLS: Double Rocks Glass
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Rim glass with Sriracha Lime Rimmer
- 2. Fill rocks glass with Ice
- 3. Pour in Smirnoff Vodka + Thai Chili Lime Sauce
- 4. Shake in Worcestershire
- 5. Top with Clamato – ensure to not flood the rim! Stop right below the rimmer
- 6. Garnish with skewered Pastrami + Pepperoncini and cilantro sprig
