Margrita - Jalepeno

Bols Triple Sec | 0.5 | oz |
Simple Syrup | 0.5 | oz |

Sriracha Lime | 0.25 | oz |
Lime Wheel | 1 | ea |

- TOOLS: Double Rocks Glass, Shaker Tin, Muddler
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Kiss rim of Double Rocks Glass with Sriracha Lime seasoning
- 2. Place 4 (of 5) Jalapeno slices in shaker tin and muddle
- 3. Add Ice to shaker tin
- 4. Pour in shaker tin El Tequileno, Lime Juice, Triple Sec and Simple Syrup
- 5. Shake vigorously for 30 secs and or until sides of shaker are frosted
- 6. “Dirty Dump” entire contents of shaker tin into double rocks glass
- 7. Top with ice as needed – ensure to not flood the rim!
- 8. Garnish with Dehydrated lime wheel and the last Jalepeno slice
