- TOOLS: 18oz Branded Wings Glass
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. “Kiss” Rim of glass with Sriracha Lime
- 2. Fill Glass with Ice
- 3. Pour in El Tequileno, Triple Sec, Lime Juice and Simple Syrup
- 4. Fill glass with Fiji Blond. Be careful not to flood the rimmer.
- 5. Garnish with Dehydrated Lime Wheel
