- GLASS: Stemless wine glass
- TOOLS: Jigger / Shot glass
- NOTES: Always serve only as 4 oz
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Fill the glass to the top with ice
- 2. In a wine glass add Empress, Elderflower Pear cordial, lemon juice
- 3. Add 3 oz of Prosecco
- 4. Garnish with dehydrated lime
