Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Season patty lightly with Montreal Steak Spice. Cook on flattop until internal temperature reaches 160•F..
 - 2. Toast both sides of brioche bun on flattop until golden brown.
 - 3. Place the provolone cheese ontop of the burger patty and place in the oven until the cheese melts..
 - 4. Place the patty on top of the bottom bun, add the bbq sauce in a circular motion, then the crisp onion pieces on top of the patty, top bun and skewer..
 - 5. Place on sheet pan with WINGS liner paper with a choice of side.
